Be on the Show!

Hear something that you want to comment on and the email would simply be too long to write? Want to ask a question or suggest a topic? Perhaps you just want to hear yourself on the program? Now you have the chance to get on the show by participating in Listeners Out Loud (L.O.L)!

L.O.L allows you to either call the show and leave a voicemail for possible inclusion in the program or record and submit your comments via MP3. If you are calling by phone, please try to keep your submissions under 3 minutes (if you have more to say, you may call back and finish in a 2nd message), as well as identify yourself by first name, city, state or country.

Call By Phone

Sharing your thoughts is as easy as picking up the phone! Dial either of the numbers listed below and you will be taken to the show’s voicemail system where you can leave a message for possible inclusion on the program.

Show Phone Numbers:

  • 407-504-SHOW (7469)
  • 407-852-TALK (8255)

Note: To avoid long-distance charges (i.e. if you’re calling from a landline), the ‘Call Me’ widget will make the call for you free of charge through Google. Once you input your name and number, hit ‘connect’ and your phone will ring. When you answer, you will hear an automated voice and Google will be connecting the call through their servers free of charge.

* The phone numbers and voicemail system may also be used by interested parties who wish to contact the show for sponsorship opportunities, syndication, requests for interviews or for additional information relating to the show / host.

Record A Message

Have a little technical skill and want to submit a recorded L.O.L segment instead of leaving a voicemail? Simply grab a microphone (i.e. desktop mic, headset mic, built-in etc), record what it is that you want to say and email me the MP3 file.

When it comes to recording software, you can find a huge assortment of free recording software online, most of which will allow you to record, as well as convert to an MP3 file within the same program.

I recommend Audacity. In using Audacity, simply hit record, talk, then when you are done go to ‘File’ and choose the ‘Export as MP3′ option and you are done! Just attach the file to an email, send to me and tune in to see if you made it on the next show…that easy! If I like what I hear (whether I agree or disagree) your comments could be heard by over 95 countries and all 50 states…no pressure. ;)

Looking forward to what you have to say!

Dana
